Cohort Search In Development
Explore and export patient cohort data from the BDSP OMOP database. Select from multiple clinical views (demographics, visits, conditions, medications, labs, procedures, and more), apply view-specific filters, preview the results, and export to CSV.
Note: Each view provides different filter options based on the clinical data type (e.g., age/gender for demographics, drug names for medications, ICD codes for conditions).
Step 1: Select a View

Patient demographics including age, gender, race, ethnicity, education, and language
